Wayne Frier Homes of Tallahassee was founded in 1995. Our mission today is the same as it was then: to help our customers achieve their housing goals by personally overseeing every step of the modular home purchasing process. For example, we can help you locate land, obtain financing, and design a fully customized floor plans with modern, state-of-the-art features such as solid wood kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, cathedral ceilings – you name it. After the home is installed, we can even add a front porch, carport, driveway, back patio – anything to jazz up its personality.
